Latest arrangement of LRC services in IVE(ST)

In view of the latest development of COVID-19 and the instruction from the Estates, Health & Safety Division of the VTC, the LRC Complex will be closed temporarily starting from 7 January 2022 (Friday) until further notice.

Starting from 21 January 2022 (Friday), computer and printing services in Computer Room 107D will be resumed from 9:00 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (Monday – Friday).  It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and IVE Holidays.

Dear Colleagues,

In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection and VTC policy, the Learning Resources Centre (LRC) at IVE (Sha Tin) will be partially opened to staff in special opening hours from 9 Mar to 14 Mar 2020.  We only provide limited services as follows:

1.     Book borrowing service by appointment (via online reservation at VTC Library Services webpage http://library.vtc.edu.hk and call hotline 2256 7623 or email st-lrc-lib@vtc.edu.hk to inform when to collect the book(s))

2.     Counter service (For enquiries, book/AV materials return and pickup reserved library materials)

3.     Printing, photocopying and scanning service

4.     Personal computers

5.     Other LRC services by appointment (staff only) (by calling hotline 2256 7623)

To avoid large gatherings, we will adopt special measure by limiting number of patrons entering the LRC. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Dear students,

In view of the development of the Novel Coronavirus and the Government's latest announcement, all member institutions of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) will further suspend face-to-face classes until 1 March. The LRC Complex is closed from 29 January to 16 February 2020, and so all fines incurred during this period will be waived.
